Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The modernized rooms with updated private baths and private balconies were a nice touch, although it did take away from the Victorian feel a bit. The location was perfect, being very close to the shopping center, entertainment by the bar, and the center of Cape May. The dining experience, with included fresh fruits and live music, was a delightful highlight. The service was top-notch, offering housekeeping, shops/commercial services, welcome drinks, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modernized, which took away from the Victorian feel, but they did have lovely Victorian furnishings and an updated private bath. Having a private balcony was a nice touch, though. The service was good overall with efficient housekeeping and helpful shops/commercial services. The location was very convenient, being very close to the center of Cape May and the beach. However, the dining was average with delicious homemade cakes but lacked variety. The facilities were well-kept, making for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were modernized, which took away from the Victorian feel, but they were still cozy and had lovely Victorian furnishings. The private balcony was a nice touch, and being on the main level was convenient. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect, close to beaches and the town center. The dining experience, included in our rate, was delightful with live music. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
